EXPOSICIONES
BIO

Eunsae Lee (1987, Seúl) se graduó en el departamento de pintura de la Universidad de Hongik y estudió Bellas Artes en la Universidad Nacional de Arte de Corea. Lee, en sus obras, dibuja la resistencia de la sociedad coreana de la que ha sido testigo directa o indirectamente, a partir de la cultura popular, los medios sociales y la experiencia personal. Ha desarrollado una estética única con formas simples, pinceladas finas y rápidas y combinaciones de color únicas.

 

Algunas de sus exposiciones individuales son “Guilty – Image – Colony”, Gallery 2, Seúl, “Crack; Interference; Witnesses”, Seoul Art Space Seogyo, Seúl, “Crack; Interference; Witness”, Gallery Chosun, Seúl. También ha participado en importantes exposiciones colectivas como “Salt of the Jungle, Vietnamese Women’s Museum”, Hanoi, “Project HOPE?” Post Territory Ujeongguk, Seúl, “Read My Lips”, Hapjeongjigu, Seúl, “The Idea of North: Esquizo-Geografía”, Amado Art Space/Lab, Seúl, etc.
